Bottle Tree is a small artisan factory located on Kibbutz Ein Zurim.
We grow lemons in bottles, following an ancient Persian tradition, and use them to create wonderful scents for your home and Havdala ceremonies.

Bottle Tree was established in 1995. We specialize in the development and production of gifts incorportating fragrant citrus fruit and blossoms in specially designed bottles, bringing the aroma of the citrus grove to the recipient. Each and every blossom and fruit is unique a personal and original gift for the people you cherish. It is a natural product. We add alcohol and citral, a natural fragrance, to enhance the aroma and increase the shelf-life.

Lemons that grow in a Bottle.

It’s like magic – a full sized lemon in a small bottle. How do we do it?

At Bottle-Tree, Kibbuzt Ein -Zurim Israel, a small lemon growing on our tree in a bottle. For 9 months, the lemon will continue to grow inside a glass bottle, until it’s big enough.

Once it’s picked, the lemon is suspended in alcohol for a year to distill its lovely essence.
The result is the product you see on our website and can buy in our Etsy store – a bottle of natural citrus scent, unique and appealing. This bottle can be used as a decoration, reminiscent of the orchards of Israel the Holyland, where the lemon started its life.
The liquid should never be applied to your skin (it’s much too concentrated) and should not be drunk.

Our lemons grow in a variety of bottles and our scents are handmade from genuine whole flowers from citrus orchards in Israel.

Havdala scents - Bessomim

Genuine flowers from the citrus orchards of Kibbutz Ein Zurim floats in natural citrus aromatic liquid, in a decorative glass vials.
Bottle-Tree's Bessomim for Havdala -make wonderful unique souvenirs for Bar/Bat Mitzva guests or wedding celebrants. We can add your coporate logo too. This Bessomim comes with a velvet pouch in navy blue with silver letters. Standard messages can be printed on the pouch.
Choose from "Shavua Tov", "Mazal Tov", “Borei Mini Bessomim”,or "Jerusalem" in HEBREW.
